Come on, Moon! A little imagination is all you would have needed instead of a deal with the devil! Toffee's immortality was regenerative, not categorical; there are so many ways around that. Transform him into something that CAN'T regenerate and then kill that! Or drown him! He's a reptile, not an amphibian; no amount of regeneration can create air where there is none! Or just go all Endeavor on him: "carbonized cells cannot regenerate..."
