To address your points, she COULD have shown up in a twist, but she didn't, because this was an endgame episode showing everyones' competence and growth as a team. So no, Queen Bee isn't hiding from their forward team and then popping up at the last minute to triple keikaku everyone, the team's scouting is successful and they confirm it's safe for vag-lovers to enter the temple they proceed with their plan.
