Absolutely fantastic, the best cartoon of the decade in my own personal opinion.

The music is top-tier, the woodsman's story is heartbreaking, and the Beast is one of the most genuinely intimidating kids show villains there is.

It wasn't even bad, it's just that everyone expected the next mini-series to be Over the Garden Wall tier then immediately stopped caring when it wasn't.

I thought it was really well done. The presentation of the plot was fantastic. The symbolism and little hints were really cool too.

Great atmosphere and very well written.

I read them, the first edition (the canon one) was my favorite it's really interesting what you can learn about the story with these.

The second edition is funny at times but I'm not really attached to it, but Anna had an interesting story (even when it's non-canon)... So... in the end... was the bird (his getleman caller) a cursed guy? That confuse me a little.

Well that would be a little awkward... they have soo much in common... (she is almost like female Wirt in the second edition comics) but the Woodsman's have a simile with Wirt (read first edition to more information... it's basically Woodsman's/Wirt, Anna/Greg and... Woodsman's Wife/Beatrice?). It would be like she dating with his father (lol).

Besides... she have a boyfriend in the canon series... her boyfriend is a little bird.
