The style is fine, nice even.

But the animation itself in a lot of scenes is amateurish and cheap. Also a lot odd panning and editing choices.
Honestly the last two shorts weren't as bad aside from the crowd shots. The match was, dare I say it, kind of good.

Hoping that maybe these shorts where rushed out a little and the series will look a lot better. It's just depressing otherwise.

I think they're trying too hard to make Peter look like a smart kid. Instead of showing his intelligence naturally through the show's progression they're constantly shoving it down our throats with his dialog about the scientific method and shit. Other than though I am pretty impressed. I figured this would just be another Ultimate Spider-Man but these shorts were fairly decent. I just hope they improve the dialog a bit. I don't even mind the mediocre animation honestly. Its at the very least better than I expected and a definite step up from that Spider-Man vs Scorpion clip they released a while ago.
