He should have been in Episode 1 and Episode 1 only. He was fine as a one-off villain and they ruined him by forcing him into more episodes than he needed to be in.

Which is funny, because I remember after that episode aired I complained that they made such a funny villain and killed him off immediately. Another Anon said to me that it'd be better than him overstaying his welcome. If only we had known.
