The average fight scenes on cartoons is Steven Universe (shit, and I say as someone that actualy whatches the show) or like JLU (only punch!punch!punch!)
Korra is EASILY among the top 10 of western tv animation fight scenes.

Pretty much every fight in Korra puts the standard /co/ fare to shame. Some of the DC animated stuff is good too, especially the Wonder Woman scenes.
Honestly though I am really struggling to think of good /co/ fight choreography. Why is the west so far behind in this regard? I guess there's just less of a martial arts culture so people aren't as passionate about it.

Gendy is fucking horrible at choreography. Nothing moves naturally. Nothing looks fluid. It's a great scene with great cinematography, but no good fight animation to speak of.
