Nah. It's a world visited in New Exiles where Peters a member of that worlds X-Men equivalent, Force-X. They don't really go into much detail, but the concept resonated with me.

I'm a bit of an over the top What If geek... I have a folder on my computer called "Alternity" with about 10 gig of images of Alternate Versions of characters. Alternate Realities, Copycats, Clones, Corrupted or Empowered, Analogues in other Media, versions from different cartoons, games or TV Shows. Been adding to it for fucking ages.

Post apocalyptic marvel what-if, only not featuring Hulk incest rape babies.

The marvel universe is in shambles after Hell invaded and manages to kill Galactus, dooming that universe to perpetual entropy. Most of the world's heroes are dead or enslaved by the minions of hell.

Johnny Blaze roams the flaming wastes that was earth, despite the spirit of vengeance being stolen from him by the same man who took his left eye, leaving it perpetually burning. He hunts down demons in an effort to track down the man who stole his powers, using their demonic souls to keep what little fire he has left burning.

One day he gets a vision from God telling him that he has half a year to regain the spirit of vengeance and save the world, lest he flood Earth and drown it once again.

It'd mostly be a fun mad max-ish romp full of fighting, flaming motorcycle battles and seeing what the marvel universe has been reduced to. Ultimately would end with all the previous Riders manifesting and riding straight into hell to finally kill Mephisto.
