Work at an Indian Restaurant, can confirm. In the early days, half of our Indian (and I don't mean Indian-American, I mean you can still hear the accent in their voice Indians) are the fucking worst. They would always try to fucking haggle the price or get you to not charge for something, and always showed up with huge ass parties late at night without even a half an hour call in advance. Like, bitch this may not be a five star restaurant, but you're still in public, there's etiquette to be followed. And they get so damn rude too if a waiter or their food isn't there at the drop of a hat on a busy night.

Thankfully the hagglers (who were coincidentally always the rudest ones) stopped coming when the Owner made it clear that shit wasn't gonna fly, but the last minute parties still happen from time to time.
