She's an older, hotter, rich, more violent version of Supergirl who doesn't feel compelled to introduce her boyfriends to Superman.

There seems to be more than one version of her running around so I have no idea what her deal is this time.

Her boobs are getting bigger and bigger again because the artists/writers are trying to return her to her most popular status quo after the last redesign with a shit costume and small tits flopped hard.
