Ant-Man's and honestly the Asgardian costumes. They've got helmets and stuff but in terms of battle suits it looks like similar material. Same with Daredevil's costume and a lot of the costumes on AoS. Falcon's is also similar to Cap's but that makes sense, at least.

The materials are my main sticking point, to be fair; it all looks like very similar fabrics and plastics. I wish that the Asgardian costumes looked more metallic and that the costumes in Guardians just looked more bizarre and wide-ranging in general.

Ultimately, there's only one criteria which determines what they look like: does it sell? That usually means "as sexy as possible without making someone angry". These days, thanks to the angry SJW brigade, everyone's covered up, except for obscure books that fly under the radar.

a side consideration is, if the author is trying to tell a high-quality, serious story, a costume that is more modest is necessary. Because it's hard to take a deep story about (for example) loss and death seriously when the protagonist is almost naked. That's why I supported Carol's new costume when it first appeared, even though I REALLY like the black leotard look. It's because I always wondered "why would a career military officer wear that?"

IMHO it's deliberately similar to Superman, because Carol is Marvel's Superman. Interestingly it's also similar to Captain America's. It's a good design for a lot of subtle reasons, but mainly because it evokes three different costumes simultaneously (Supes, Cap, original Mar-vell).
