I dunno. If they just marketed it as a prequel to Justice League and didn't go completely over the top with historical stuff, I think it could work. Besides, it'd most likely be marketed more towards older kids and preteens that would hypothetically like action shows.

That's because networks usually shove action shows into slots kids don't usually watch and they don't get much commercial time.

Just base it off the Pre Flashpoint JSA where they're in the modern times and made up of a combination of New Legacies and Old Schoolers mentoring them in the ways of Superheroics.
