While I accept that there is a wordplay there with "grim" being used as an adjective while still referring one of the main characters, it's still not naming the character himself.
Aside from that, in many countries Grim's name was changed and didn't match the title anymore.

On the one hand I always wanted more of Drew and Stu. I wanted it since the very first episode when that puppet show became a therapy session. On the other hand, I know better.
