Sorry OP, it's never going to happen. Raimi seriously ruined this facet of Spidey's origin forever with all his bigoted bull crap. Even the TV edit with the CGI spider insignia still couldn't help but keep that homophobic "joke" to keep the pacing from getting too thrown off, it would just be in poor taste for Disney to emulate that kind of problematic source material.
