Eh, it's complicated. There are some alien girls who like Ben, but not his human form. Attea likes him as Bullfrag, Looma likes him (best) as Fourarms, Kai, despite being human, is a xenophile who likes all of Bens forms except his human one.

While the idea that the Omnitrix can change its wielder's gender does make for good fapfic, we haven't seen anything that implies it is capable of doing that. Ben made male aliens and Gwen made female aliens.
