Jaime would kind of have a hard time since Peter has years of experience. However it would be very troublesome if Khaji Da took control. Especially since it will analyze Peter throughout being exposed to a lot of aggression and pull the right weapon out to use on him.

It'll be a tough fight with Spidey coming out on top because Jaime is way to inexperienced to deal with someone as clever as Spidey, considering he has trouble with Batman who is slower and weaker. Even if the Scarab took over, Jaime will naturally try to seize control back because he A. Doesn't want to kill spidey most likely, and B. Spidey will probably shit talk the kid and make Jaime want to beath im himself.
