What is the point of this character? If the idea is she acts like a cunt because her sister is so much better, you'd think they'd give her some kind of redeeming characteristic that maybe people don't notice.
But there is nothing redeemable. She IS worse than her sister in every way, and a cunt to literally everybody. She deserves to be unhappy.

She's 10 years old.
She's perfectly average is most regards, and otherwise a genius in the creative department. But everything she's exceptional at falls to the wayside because her father is a drunk and her mother is addicted to pain medication.
It's heavily implied that she becomes a lot more well-adjusted once she gets away from her parents, but is otherwise a cunt because it's the only way she knows how to get attention.

Wow, that's fucking wrong. Bob wasn't a drunk he was just very egocentric. The mom had "smoothies", slurred her words, forgets to do basic child care like pack a lunch. I think it's implied she drinks because she rushed into marriage with Bob.
