Because the first one sold well for some reason so Marvel thinks they can do another one to get more sales, like they did with Civil War II.

But even Civil War II got more attention last year. I completely forgot that this second Deadpool Kills was a thing. And going by Comic Book Roundup it seems like most people either indifferent toward it or thinks it's a shitty cash-grab.
