And Swamp Thing doesn't need to CONSTANTLY have an ongoing, that's how a character becomes bad. If there isn't a great team to do it, I'd prefer to let it rest than have some mediocre shit just for the sake of it.

Most of the Swamp Thing lore hasn't been that big of a change, minus the new Avatar types like divide or maybe grey.
I think the most recent big thing was Animal Man has been designed to be the successor to the Super Avatar who grants all planets of the cosmos their avatars.

I do too. I'm super psyched to have a plant themed fighter in the game, he's got a perfect voice and great animations... it's just basically everything he does Scarecrow does a hundred times better. I'm hoping a balance patch happens and gives him some goodies, like a useful trait.
