Grant Morrison Batman seemingly loses to Snake only for Snake to peel off his face and show that he's actually Batman complete with Bat-mask and the Batman we thought lost was really Snake stuck in a Patriots backup personality program that made him think he's Batman that Batman countered with a backup personality that made him think he's Snake so Batman could fool the patriots who turn out to be an alternate universe Brother Eye.

And in the post credits scene Big Boss is revealed to have been the Secret Batman of No-Country with Ocelot as his Robin.

Batman has been punked by street thugs with gimmicks fairly regularly.

Assuming we're talking no holds barred, no comic book level plot to interfere with the outcome, and no escape routes, snake has this in the bag. Bat villains all suffer from the crucial flaw that they HAVE to give bats some sort of out, slip up, or hold back because plot. Give him an enemy with deathstroke level skill and abilities and durability beyond human capacity without any such flaws and he's a dead man within minutes. Snake doesn't have some retarded excuse like an ingrained need to keep batman around or desire to test his skill, you point him in at the bat and say "hey go kill that guy" and you're going to get a highly trained super soldier immediately going in for the kill, nothing more, nothing less.
