How big should a indie comic gig be? Writer, Editor and Artist?

What do you mean? You'll need to define 'indie' too because it's lost all meaning in this day and age, especially within comics

Indie is a really broad term. If you're talking about something you want to publish then I imagine you'd have to have an editor if you can do art and story yourself.
If you're just going to do a webcomic then you don't need anything if you can do art and story yourself.
