It was one of the most popular 2000s Nickelodeon shows and the people who grew up with it are now in The Splat's demographic (18+ year olds). I mean, if ChalkZone of all shows can be played on this block once in a while, then Jimmy Neutron can be a regular part of the block. It has the potential to get the highest ratings on the block and be just as played as Rugrats and Hey Arnold!. During its run, Jimmy Neutron was basically a franchise for Nickelodeon. It had a ton of merch, had several movies, and was played a ton. He was even at theme parks. Jimmy Neutron in all honesty was more popular than all of the 90s Nick shows except Rugrats. The people who watch The Splat really want Jimmy so what is stopping Nick from adding the ice cream kid to the schedule?
because it's awful
It's not 90's shit. Screw off your copypasta.

ChalkZone isn't 90s shit either, yet The Splat aired it a few times
