Winter looks weird. The environment looks weird. The fighting was better than average, but still kind of lackluster. Weiss looks great. How she can look amazing in her 1-3 outfit, and then go right back to looking like an alien person astounds me

There still seems to be a noticeable lack of weight, though it's still better than that of the Ruby character short and most of the V4 fights

The last time she did something significant in a fight was against the Nevermore, she was a dedicated minion hunter in the S2 finale, the climactic final battle of S3 was Pyrrha's and Ruby pulled in a barely explained super saiyan powerup just to resolve the matter, and S4 was wasted on Asian and the Whitey.

Ruby hasn't gotten stronger, if anything her showings have gotten progressively more depressing.

Weiss has a growth arc; Ruby's role in the series is far more static than that.
