But Pakistan isn't in the Middle East. Their people are not majority Arab and don't speak Arabic. Geographically it is a quite a stretch to claim they are within the Middle East. By that logic you have to include India as a middle Eastern nation(the country Pakistan was formed from). Literally the only tie Pakistan shares with the Middle East is a majority Muslim nation.

It's like claiming Albania or Chechnya are in the Middle East.
