The latest MK comic was a web-first series from DC that filled in some of the holes between MK9 and MKX, like what the fuck the Reiko Accords are. Pretty good stuff for plot and character buffs and fucking chock-full of references, but sadly lacking in really cool, memorable fights, at least for me.
