Hank should realize that Bobby is going to be a loser regardless if he picks up shit or not. At least picking up shit makes money.

I think that was hank's argument. What's his face gets by with picking up shit because he's good-looking and charming and has the money to deck out his operation with some shiny gear. Bobby, meanwhile is an average looking fatso whose best quality is a subpar high-schooler sense of humor. He already gets bullied normally, when kids were learning about his business, they treated him like he was gross and even said to his face they didn't want to touch him

Not Hank. Hank spends too much time worrying about the approval of their dumbfuck redneck neighbors. Bobby's a fat little bitch and that won't change whether or not he picks up shit. He might as well make bank doing something gross.

Hank was. That guy's business model worked, but Bobby was imitating it without realizing the work needed to pull that off. The kid's a slacker and he'd quickly grow tired of it. Not to mention picking up shit is way easier than cleaning up vomit.
