It was a reactionary Spiderman issue to 9/11. It happened when Joe Quesada was still editor at Marvel so he gave the go ahead for the villians to act OOC. Kingpin I understand being there, but Magneto, Dr Doom and Doc Ock? No way.

Lets face it, everyone wrote something about 9/11. Frank Miller even wrote Holy Terror. I'm so happy that madman never apologized for it. It still drives liberals crazy to this day.
