Gameplay-wise I'm probably at a 4/10 hype.

Art and atmosphere-wise though has me at a 8/10 or higher, I'm a sucker for hard work especially resulting in an aesthetic I love.

I don't see why anyone with taste should get excited for some cheap video game which took the worst parts of 30's animation. Even Bendy has more taste than this cheap Fleischer rip-off. Apparently drawing eyes to every moving thing doesn't make your animation retroesque.
