1. Overused plot - Human with wacky animal best friend
2. Premise or Bunsen himself does not drag in anyone to actually watch the show since everyone sees it as another failure coming from Nickelodeon.
3. Voice actors are ear grating.
4. Jokes don't work at all.

This is kind of stupid. There are plenty of other things you can criticize that character for, but saying "It looks weird from a certain angle!" is pretty stupid. It's not like he turns into a monkey whenever in profile like Ashi or something.

Ratings wise the show gets better than anything on the channel besides Spongebob and TLH, but its still way behind this show because quite frankly its just a poor man's FOP with the negativity toned down. The main character isn't as much of a loser, the main supernatural character isn't a complete moron, the love interest isn't a complete bitch, the other love interest doesn't obsessively pursue him, the main villain is just a bitch not an axe murderer, etc.

The worst character by far is the teacher though like holy shit not a single word out of her mouth was ever funny.

It's unfunny in the way Bob Saget is unfunny. It runs its jokes 6 feet underground, then dig some more.

It's unfunny like clowns are. Goofy voices and antics without any context.
