Technically, DC has never rebooted. A reboot completely undoes everything that was established before and makes it non-canon. DC confirmed with rebirth that all the different ages of comics (Golden, Silver, Pre-Crisis, Pre-Flashpoint) are all still canon and exist as altered timelines and alternate Earths. It's not a reboot so much as it is just a part of the DC storyline.

Dc has had CoIE and New 52 although rebirth makes new 52 no longer a reboot (even though new 52 was and always will be a reboot) while marvel relaunchs/reboots all the time but since they rarely bring up anything from the past it's hard to know for sure. The main claim people have is that everytime marvel holds a relaunch seemingly all the books and the characters within said books forget 99% of the characters history.

DC has Hypertime so technically it's never had a reboot.

Marvel had Secret Wars which in terms of actual impact on continuity might as well be "The Avengers have a dream where they're stuck in that Arena episode of Star Trek and then fight Dr. Doom and then wake up."

They also have many small retcons and the sliding timescale.

DC has only had two actual line-wide reboots: COIE (which wasn't even a complete reboot) and nu52 (more complete but still not complete). For example, all of Green Lantern from the 60s to the present is all generally canon but the specifics aren't. I'll leave you to decide if Rebirth is a reboot or not.
