Fucking kino up until the climax, which was kind of disappointing.
Guess as long as Toffee doesn't actually stay dead, which is highly unlikely anyway considering there's at least 1,8 seasons of the show left, then I wouldn't consider the ending to be entirely terrible. Cause it did look fucking amazing with great visuals of Star's transformation but I don't want to see her constantly getting out of shit by having OP magic powers to powerful to everyone after getting out-thought and outfoxed by her enemies and through some of her own pigheadedness beforehand. I'd like to see her mature and develop a little before BTFOing her enemies.
Also the flashback to the past to see Moon and Toffee's confrontation as depicted in the tapestry was underwhelming. But apart from those issues, it was great. Gets really fucking brutal but had plenty funny little cute moments, which I guess sums up the show at it's best.
Just wished the ending gave a clearer indication of Toffee's fate (he looks dead but he also looks to be regenerating) cause whether that climax ruined the entire fucking arc with Toffee or that it was just a bit disappointing depends on that. What a fucking waste it would be to spend 2 seasons building up a some suave Dexter-voiced villain just to have him be a petty little bitch who wants his finger back getting literally eviscerated by a 14 year old girl.
