This book is cute, charming, and the nods to Marvel history is very surprising. Yeah, it's not Kirby or Swan, but what it is is very satisfying. This would be a great book to give a kid.

Okay Henderson still sucks at drawing faces for the most part, but I was kinda digging the physique she was drawing Doreen with this issue, looking /fit/, might have been some truth to the old rumors that Henderson modeled how she draws Doreen at least partially on Samantha Wright

Also count me in the group who dislikes the book pretty much only because of Henderson's art, the writing is fine for the most part, if more like a web comic than it should be
