Get the cord out of his mouth! Don't let him swallow it!

didn't most of them come really close to death in this movie?
>>93874584
Lampy got a close one when he tried to use himself as a lightning rod to recharge the batteries.

i know toaster sacrificed itself to save everyone
then a hammer brought it back to life

I don't think toaster ever died, severely broken, but not dead.
>>93874545
I never understood this part, I just remember it making me feel really uncomfortable.

That's an understatement.
Lampy uses himself as a lightning rod to recharge the car battery they're using. We see his twisted body and burnt out bulb. It's a whole scene change and about a full minute of movie before we realize he's even still alive.
Kirby's shut off by the Toaster in the middle of his seizure so they can safely bring him around, but then shortly thereafter acts as the anchor so the rest of the group can use themselves and their cords as a bridge across the waterfall. When the bridge fails and the entire group falls except for Kirby, we're left with Kirby staring down the waterfall in stunned silence, and it just holds on that for about a minute, then he slowly backs away without a word until he's completely out of the frame. It holds for another beat to get you thinking "yeah, they're really all dead and he's just going home now" before he dives in to save them.
And that's not even touching the quicksand scene. They all get sucked in, one by one. All of them, in a chain. The only part still sticking up is the radio's antenna, and it just holds on that, no music, just the sounds of the forest. It feels like ages before a human shows up and grabs the antenna, pulling them all out.
And then of course everyone remembers the junkyard.

He saw that much water and was so terrified that he had a seizure and almost swallowed his tongue.
I mean cord.

To say nothing of the side characters who die along the way.
Like the air conditioner's sudden suicide.
Or the blender's brutal murder in the parts shop.
Or the cars in the junkyard.

>Like the air conditioner's sudden suicide.
He got better
>>93874929
Yeah, but it sure looks like he's dead when it happens. The fact that he was resurrected by the hand of God himself doesn't mean he didn't die.

Aren't all these inanimate object come to life movies fucking with kid's heads?
>>93875030
Nobody is autistic enough to think this movie could happen irl
>>93875030
Brave Little Toaster would fuck with kids' heads just fine if they were all human.
