I've been thinking of who could play DCEU Zoom and I really have no idea. McConaughey isn't bad I guess.

It's gonna sound crazy - but Zac Efron as Professor Zoom. I think he could play off very well against Ezra Miller, plus he's got that smarmy douche attitude.
