Reruns of Real Ghostbusters and Ninja Turtles before school...

Seeing the characters interacting on the train in the bumper segments was neat even if the animation was bad and it wasn't as clever about it as the Cartoon Network crossover bumpers...

That's about it.
>>
>>93863509
I miss the USA network from the 80s and 90s in general.
>>
I don't remember much about USA except that they did a lot of Knight Rider reruns.
>>
I miss... well mainly that era of wrestling.
Not the right time slot but it was good shit back then

>USA Up All Night
>American Gladiators
>An hour of Wings every weekday at noon
>Tremors played every single weekend for ten years straight for some reason
>Constant Friday the 13th movie marathons
>Duckman

It was pretty sweet.
>>
>>93863625
That's how I got my first non-syndicated exposure to Sailor Moon
>>
>>93863509
I remember those bumpers about monsters running a hotel. They were actually pretty funny.
>>
>>93864461

Man, towards the end they played those things nonstop.
>>
>>93864461
And I actually found them.

>hello burgeoning puberty

For me it was Weird Science: The Series.

Ooooh, Vanessa Angel...

>>USA Up All Night

Ah edited softcore hosted by porn stars, and Gilbert Gottfried First I'd ever heard of Marylin Chambers.
>>
>>93863722
>>93865115

I can't remember the names of the female hosts, guess it was Marylin Chambers. I just remember her always announcing it as "yoo ess aye UP all night!" with that perky emphasis on "UP".

Also remember Gilbert Gottfried poking his head in and destroying any attempt at my biology to develop an early boner.

I only watched the block when they did horror movie marathons, though. I remember a Friday the 13th one where the guy they had pretending to be Jason had the wrong kind of mask on; it was the off-brand "Hannibal Lector" style hockey mask, and he was trying to shove bites of steak through the grill. I remember stupid shit.
>>
Is there any episodes of Problem Child or The itsy bitsy spider cartoon online? I need a few to complete my Cartoon Express collection
>>
>>93865298
they did some of those more wacky horror ones. Lot of Troma stuff.

I mostly remember USA Action Extreme Team and how Wing Commander Academy/Street Fighter/Mortal Kombat/Savage Dragon had a crossover.

Don't forget Weird Science.
>>

>Don't forget Weird Science.

My penis will never forget Weird Science.

It came on right before Duckman, too. And Duckman was on at the same time as Beavis & Butthead, so I remember watching Weird Science and then frantically switching back and forth between USA and MTV to try and watch both B&B and Duckman at the same time.
>>
There was a cartoon with a spider?
>>
>>93868433
An itsy bitsy spider. I remember literally nothing else.
>>
>>93868433

Yeah, Itsy Bitsy Spider, spun off from that short film that played before Bebe's Kids.

Absolute bottom of the barrel. They also aired a Problem Child cartoon. It was a bad block of television.
>>
They also had a Highlander cartoon near its twilight which was.... Different but not outright bad.
>>
>>93865838
Really? could you elaborate?
>>
>>93870487
it's a basic narrative really. The Warrior King wants/needs to get back to his dimension to save his kingdom. So he bounces from one universe to another on his quest home. The usually "superhero team" trope goes down in each episode ala The Warrior King fights the heroes to team up against a mutual enemy.
>>
>>93870487
He also fails getting back to his dimension/time period and stays in the 27th century in Wing Commander Academy
>>
>>93863738
This, which also led to my first cartoon crush.
>>
>>93863509
I remember Dragon's lair characters being on the train and yet I never remember seeing their cartoon ever being aired or even if it existed

Rhonda Sheer
Off Brand Elvira minus the goth girl appeal (keeping the dumb Valley Girl shtick)
they had some good movies featuring bikinis, car washes , hot tubes and occasionally skiing
>>
>>93870487
That sound awesome.Imagine something like that happening on CN, Nick or Disney.
>>
>>93870887
Wait so he was Samurai Jack before Samurai Jack?
>>
>>93871854
Maybe I guess in cartoon form. But the trope of hero getting stuck in the future and coming to terms with it is nothing new.
>>
>>93871168
I remember Dragon 's Lair was around for at least a few months on Sundays back when I was 8 or 9
>>
>>93871223
>Rhonda Sheer

THAT'S HER! Thanks, anon.
>>
>>93871996
Now that a cool idea for a series, think PenZero but every world feels and looks like a different cartoon series with different artstyle every episode.
Of course no channel would try that but is nice to imagine.
>>
>>93863625
Used to watch this channel so much, then 1997 happened.

The channel has been unwatchable garbage ever since.
I often forget it exists.
>>
This channel gave us Duckman

And I don't think it has had a single animated series on it again since at least 1999
>>
>>93870701
>>93870887
>>93871854
I remember him finding true love with Chun Li in that classic Red Sonja "only a woman who can beat me" sort of way... then travelling on to the future to fail at his quest. You gotta figure he must always be looking back on that one brief, happy moment.

Man, all those shows were just a little bit weird.
