>Starts off as a perfectly human dictator
>Replaced by a genetically engineered asshole pretty much out of nowhere
>Scheme to get rid of him only for his troops to return voluntarily
>Movie ignores his return to power and still depicts the asshole in charge
>Also retcons him as a blue skinned snake man
>Mutates him into a snake
>Season 3 has him return to a semi-human form and once again takes power back from asshole
>Anything about the movie gets ignored afterwars and he's once again depicted as perfectly human
>Also he's in Transformers for an episode

This isn't shit writing, this is just because the franchise doesn't technically HAVE a continuity. The episodes are not meant to flow from one to another, and different people write different episodes. The episodes are suppose to stand alone.
