>PART 74: MUH-MUH-MUH-MICRONAUTS
The Micronauts have been captured by a mysterious organisation that wants to experiment on them. How are these tiny heroes going to get out of this one?
Also, MASK... exist.

In this issue: Acroyear! Also, Biotron and Microtron.
This is definitely someone's fetish.
Acroyear beating up regular-size humans will never not be amazing.
I really liked the first arc of Micronauts, but I feel like this one is kind of poorly paced by comparison.

Could be a typical cross-over symptom.
>>93813601
Nah, it's the whole second volume. It just doesn't feel like it flows as well as the first, even ignoring the crossover.
This thing.
It's Miles!
Nice.

Time for time travel!

There's an unwritten rule that evil versions are always sexier than the original.
>>93813968
Really, why would you ever want to be a hero instead of a villain? Villains look rad.
Is Cullen Bunn an absolute madman?
Secret history with Karza, hmm...?
That sure is Baron Karza with a baby.
I'm sad that we apparently got Mask-Oz instead of Punished Oz.
Oh shit. These guys.
This page single-handedly justifies the Micronauts comic's existence.

Everything here is a parody from the late 70's and 80's. Like Sweetloaf, cat out of heck actually being the musical album by meatloaf, Bat out of Hell.

The greatest imaginable weapon.
Karza's invasion will commence in Micronauts: Wrath of Karza!
...God. We're really doing this, huh?
>Verstal Bender
For fuck's sake, Easton, he's called Singh! Armand Singh!
>>93814734
This is what you chose, you have no one to blame but yourself, and the writers.
Why is the Shark blue, now?
...specifically, his 80's mask, which he never wore in Revolution.
Jesus. This dialogue is awful.
So... MASK don't recognise the fact that that's literally Mayhem's vehicle?
Fuck's sake. This terrible comic can't even keep continuity with itself - Gloria identified Mayhem as being their attacker last issue!
Also, you know, they REALLY shouldn't need them to take their masks off to recognise them.
WHY'S HE A FUCKING CYBORG
WHO THOUGHT THIS WAS A GOOD IDEA
>>93814908
I really don't like the font either.
>>93815076
Yeah, it seems like everything in this comic is awful. The writing, the art, the lettering, the editing... was anyone involved actually doing their job?
Putting references in dialogue only works if you can do it well, Easton.
For some godforsaken writing, Matt Trakker won a Glyph award for best-written black character in comics.
Which says more about the need for more well-written POC in comics than anything else does.
So, now his cyborg bits are on the other side of his face. Okay.
Yes, this plot twist is entirely sensible.

I swear this dumber the second time reading it.
Nobody in this fucking comic talks like a human being.
>>93815601
Like... it wasn't foreshadowed at all, or anything.
(Sorry about that; the file was too big to go through and I didn't realize.)
I just... don't care anymore. I mean, I never did, but now my level of investment is negative.
What a tweest.
(Ugh. Thank fuck that's over.)
Next time: we finish off the loose ends from the remaining titles, starting with Optimus Prime and Revolutionaries.

Will Zartan save MASK?
>>93816773
Unfortunately, probably not.
