I dunno. While I agree that taking away Ms Keane's tits was fucked up (She looks like a toddler teaching toddlers now) I think in terms of animal characters sometimes breasts look weird. They do to me in the original design.

The design they went with still has the clothing cut to give a feminine design without having to plop tits on a cat.

I don't know what this is, but I can see why you'd want to simplify the boobs in a more "realistic" looking character design. Otherwise you have to animate them moving, because if they're big, they bounce.
