JMS Spider_man (the first half, anyway) had several good ones, all were quite memorable.

Mister X is the most edgelord Marty Stu in the Marvel Universe that I can't help but love how shitty he is. He's like everything that was wrong with the Xtreme 90s in one character. What's best is that his recent appearances have just been characters shitting on him because of his awful personality. I'm pretty sure the last time he showed up was in Thunderbolts: Dark Reign when he got his ass kicked by Quicksilver despite wielding Odin's fucking spear.
