Probably because it's so bland and forgettable.

Even TMNT III is memorable for how terrible it is. This film is so mediocre there's no reason to commit anything from it to memory.

It was a shame that Imagi had so many reboots filled with potential, but they all ranged from mediocre to awful (Astroboy).

I was excited for their Gigantor and Gatchaman until I realized how poor their track record was.
