Vampire Hunter D: Oy Blimey Edition
>>
A hunter, a scholar and a prince walk into a bar. They ask for the usual.

The bartender fills a cup with the scholar's piss and hands it to the hunter. He then slits the hunter's wrist and fills a cup of blood for the prince. Lastly he pours orange juice for the scholar.

>>
>>93770478
Here's one, you may have heard it

An englishman, a scotsman, and an irishman walk into the pub. They each order a pint. Each pint has a fly swimming around in it.

The englishman politely asks the bartender for a new pint

The scotsman laughs and downs the pint in a few gulps

The irishman grabs the fly by the ankle and yells "SPIT IT OUT"

Incidentally, if you replace the englishman with a japanese guy, the scotsman with a korean guy, and the irishman with a chinese guy, it's the same joke.

way too hard. Like they go out of their way to establish that it's the Church's fault that Dracula is going apeshit on the world, and if they didn't act like total cunts he'd be the nicest, friendliest vampire forever ever.

Seriously 4 episodes in and all they established was
>The Church are dicks
>Everyone's paying for what the Church did
>Belmont is kind of an ass
>Alucard is typical anime hotboy to make girl's vageegees tickle.
>Oh yeah now demons are going to kill everyone in the Church.

I honestly think 3 and 4 could have been condensed into one episode if they didn't waste so much time making the Church out as the de facto miserable pile of secrets.

I've heard versions of that joke with a Scotsman or an Irishman as the third person.

They really are all the same joke just switch around the nationalities depending on the teller's bias.

Like I happened to pick up and start reading a book of "Irish Jokes" while bored at work and they were just generic jokes about a stupid person but changing the person to be specifically Irish in this case.
Complete trash since they were all shitty jokes to begin with.

This 4 episode series shits on 90% of anime that has come out in the past decade. Almost every singe fantasy anime that comes it is the same fucking story. Some loser Japanese kid gets transported into a fantasy world they may or may not have game mechanics as a part of the world for some unexplained reason. Then MC has some shitty ability that turns out to actually be completely broken all the while getting a harem full of beautiful women despite the fact that he had zero success with women in the real world.

The only recent exception I can think of is Shingeki no Bahamut and it's second season. But as usual nips have shit taste and prefer self insert waifubait instead of a good old fashioned fantasy. There are some Christfags butthurt because of the religious themes, though the dialogue makes it clear that god is forsaking bad people who used his name to do evil, and that notion of Satan and demons being punishers of sinners has long been a popular theme in Christianity. In fairness, prohibition put craftsmen brewers out of business, and past restrictions on alcohol production made it hard for people to legally brew beer even after prohibition ended, so there was a lack of true craftsmen. The easiest and most affordable source of beer was a mere handful of companies that were big enough to handle all the legal bullshit, until regulations started to get lifted. The microbrewery movement is very young in America, and it will take a long time for us to make up for lost time and lost heritage. Hipsters are really setting us back with all this IPA hype, though. The only reason the Brits in India put that much hops into the beer was to cover the taste of the water people and cattle bathe, piss, and shit in in India.

So, one bad thing happens means that all Christians are evil? Muslims did the same fucking thing a thousand times over, like with the Hindu libraries. Most monasteries WERE fucking libraries. What did you think those monks did all day? Slam their faces into the floor?

Also, one library being burnt down doesn't mean that all of the Middle Ages were retarded. Your oversimplification of history only paints you as some smug, bigoted shitwipe who thinks anyone who doesn't have a fedora perma-glued to their balding-head with spunk is some kind of troglodytic retard. It is beyond conceited to think that because we live in "the modern year" that we are "better" than our ancestors. We're still the same lumping, feces flinging animals we always were, no amount of science or "euphoric enlightenment" will change that.

Get off of your high horse and stop acting better then everyone else, just because they don't agree with your euphoric beliefs.

>So, one bad thing happens means that all Christians are evil?
No, the worst possible thing happened and then the one responsible is given sainthood.

The single largest repository of knowledge, the one place that had a working fucking steam engine prototype reduced to rubble and ash because the Christians couldn't tolerate the pagans living among them.

>Muslims did the same fucking thing a thousand times over, like with the Hindu libraries.
And that excuses Christian stupidity?

>Most monasteries WERE fucking libraries. What did you think those monks did all day? Slam their faces into the floor?
They kept what little was left preserved from the rest of Europe and the Church.

>Also, one library being burnt down doesn't mean that all of the Middle Ages were retarded.
Yes it was. It wasn't some library, it was THE library, a repository of all knowledge acquired by the Greeks, Egyptians, and Romans, a place for scholars to teach and experiment, where professors accurately measured the diameter of the Earth, and as said before, developed a prototype for a steam engine hundreds of years before the Industrial boom. That store could have kept the Dark Ages from being a total shitstain on history like the post Bronze Age collapse. And worse, the sandnigger responsible gets made a Bishop and later a Saint. And you know how the Church feels about Saints.

Wrong, Cyril of Alexandria. The one who would lynch Hypatia, the one that tried to keep the peace in the city when Christians started butting heads with Jews and Roman Pagans.

I'm not a speed watcher you fuck, it just actually makes no sense. There is a horde of supernatural creatures that will with 100% absolute certainly kill you and eat your entrails on the loose, if not today then at some point in the future because Dracula has vowed to kill everyone in the country. It is a significant hole in the plot that not only has no one thought to leave, but are acting almost nonchalant about the active invasion of previously mythical creatures.
>>
>>93779450
No, I consider his egging of Belmont brooding. A whole lot of bullshit avoided by simply saying

The acting us poor. None of the voice actors (who are great VAs) are enjoying in avengers that need it, the MC mumbles along most of his lines, and when you're expecting much more dramatic acting, they constantly come across as for and bored. I'm blanking the direction for most of it as the VAs are totally capable of a good performance.

>No, the worst possible thing happened and then the one responsible is given sainthood.
Sorry, one library being burnt down is not "the worst possible thing". If you think it is, you value books too much. Slaughter and butchery are infinitely worse.

>And that excuses Christian stupidity?
Considering that most of the learning and texts from the Library of Alexandria were likely spread out amongst those monasteries (I doubt they only had one copy of each text, and would have either transcribed and copied them numerous times as was normal for the day), yeah, it does.

>They kept what little was left preserved from the rest of Europe and the Church.
And then they became more enlightened then the Pagans ever were. They caught up VERY quickly, so, in the long run, it really didn't matter as much you think.

>That store could have kept the Dark Ages from being a total shitstain on history like the post Bronze Age collapse.
But it wasn't a "total shit stain". It was far more advanced than you atheists give it credit for. They had caught up by the Renaissance, in only a measly few hundred years. If it was as bad you are sperging out about it as being, there wouldn't have been writing, advanced architecture, art, science, and so on. Instead, people would be living in mud huts and throwing rocks at each other. Also, your belief that it was evil Christians that burnt it down doesn't hold up. It suffered several fires, and was actually destroyed by the Muslim conquerors when they swept through Egypt. Caesar destroyed the Library once, as well.

I just hope that Grant and the characters from Curse of Darkness also show up somehow. Since CoD is basically a direct followup to the events of CV3.

Point was that his wife was trying to make (and you even hear her reiterate it while she fucking burned to death) that they are misled by the church and are ignorant of what science is.

So him taking revenge on them goes against everything his wife wanted because the people were just blind and controlled.

Dracula is just being counter productive here and being selfish.
