This is how the fight happened, or at least what happened immediately prior to the snapshot of the fight. Jason went for a single leg takedown, probably intending to amble outward and shift Dick's weight and his downward and to the left as he tried to sprawl the single leg and land in top control to ground and pound. Dick though was wise to the attempt so instead he lowered his center of gravity by sticking out his butt and widening his stance and absorbed Jasons initial tackle while getting his his left underhook in and grabbing Jasons right bicep, effectively controlling him with superior strength, positioning and stance. Jason feeling he has no other options is struggling to fireman carry Dick but since Dick is controlling both his arms with the underhook and bicep control Jason is effectively pinned.

Now what each need to do to "win" the exchange, Jason needs to give up the leg, look up and follow his chin toward Alfred and drop to his butt and pull a butterfly guard and throwing Dick over him(if he's caught offguard) rolling with him toward the top mount and begin the ground and pound.

Dick on the other hand needs to get his left leg out of Jasons reach, forcing him to either go for his own underhook or fight his way out of Dick underhook by using his left arm to punch or push Dick back. When Jason is doing that Dick needs to grab ahold of his own left bicep under Jason chin and wrap his legs around Jason falling to the floor and effectively stretching Jason head away from his body choking him out.

Either way my moneys on Dick he's bigger, more experienced and isn't a hothead like Jason.

Anyway, from all the comics I've read and the many snippets of dialogue over the last 15 years about the Robins I have a rough idea of what each member is good at and their strengths.

He is by far the most natural athlete of the bunch, he's the most acrobatic and agile and uses alot of feints mixed in with unconventional moves to disorient his opponents. From what I can remember off the top of my head he's at his best when he's fighting angry and bigger opponents which is why he taunts and always has a cocky attitude while fighting them all the while peppering them with light attacks, further riling them up so they make mistakes which he then uses moves that have his entire body weight and momentum behind him similar to capoeira or taekwondo mixed with aikido and jujitsu to KO them or throw them.

He's by far the biggest of the bunch being usually anywhere from 6'1-6'3 depending on the author and iteration. Jason is by far the closest physically to Bruce, he never was a natural athlete or overly intelligent but he's a hard worker and is very teachable. During fights he's been said to be equal to if not more powerful than Bruce with better instincts for fighting. Jason tends to lull bigger guys into matching strength with him turning fights into brawls and when they fall for it he turns around and changes the style of the fight to throw them off and overwhelms with power as they struggle to adapt. From the panels of him fighting I see he uses boxing, muay thai and a little krav maga along with key locks and throws from catch wrestling and pancrase.

He's no where near the physical specimen that is Jason or the natural athlete that Dick is but his tactical and analytical abilities make up for it, as he's been said to know exactly how a fight will go and for every move he makes he's got 10 contingency plans and another 10 ways to end you if they work. Ra's alGhul said when the fight starts no matter the odds he's already won. He's also been said to be able to punch the hardest, move the quickest and be able to win fights he has no business winning, I've been told that makes him the most physically and athletically gifted but I disagree personally he's a master of movement and uses his opponents momentum and double if not quadruple the strength of his attacks. From what I've seen he uses alot of kung fu, baji quan mixed with capoeira mixed with grappling from sambo and aikido.

Is the closest to Bruce as he was made into the physical specimen that he is through hard work, he's acrobatic and his experience in fights give him the natural instincts to be able to match and hold his own against natural athletes, gifted brawlers and genius that are Dick, Jason and Tim. He pretty much has used every fighting style the others can mixed with alot more that I've never even seen.

Thats just my headcanon mostly from what I've read over the years and my own experience in martial arts as a fan and practitioner.
