>Dark Nights 2-6 goes from $4.99 to $3.99
>Secret Empire goes from $3.99 to $4.99
Why does DC keep trying to make it's customers happy?I don't care, I love it.
I know right? DC has been making so many good choices while Captain America is still evil (unless I'm mistaking). I wonder if Marvel has given up.
Marvel knows people actually want to read Spencer's story instead of DC begging people to buy Snyder's bullshit

Marvelcucks are dying off so they've gotta exploit every last retard for every last shekel

"Alonso is a sleeper agent" theory gets stronger by the day
Wow, DC is such a sore loser that they are killing the market, right guys?

>It's done, can I be editor of Vertigo now
Sweet.
>>93707036
DC knows that they've won, so they don't have to resort to price gouging like the house of recycled ideas.
>>93707467
Little did he know, Vertigo would be dead before his contract was complete
>>93707249
>Sales have exceeded expectations so much that we are lowering the price because we can afford it.

The state of you anon.
Y-You think there's gonna be a second printing of the foil cover? I kinda hate the other ones.
>>93707776
Even if it's not you can still get one in the wild. Midtown has it on their site for $4.
>>93707885
Cool. Thanks for telling me anon.
>>93707036
Because they're failing at everything else
>>93707036
I swear to god sometimes it feels like DC and Marvel are secretly best friends and are wingmanning for each other.
DC totally has a classic fetish and Marvel has a minority fetish so they do all they can to make the other look fucking amazing in those areas.
>>93707036
With the money you save on this entire event, you can buy one issue of Secret Empire. basically.

wasn't that selling worse than the flash?

>it feels like DC and Marvel are secretly best friends and are wingmanning for each other.
The portmanteau you're looking for is "frenemy" ( friends in public enemies in public ).
And if you actually watch you'll see that the VAST majority of people float back and forth between not only DC and Marvel but Image, Boom, Dark Horse ... in fact at any given time you'll have writers with multiple books form multiple publishers.
Soule was at DC before Marvel and has creator owned stuff at Oni and Image at the moment; King is currently doing Batman but did Vision just prior; Brubaker and Scott took time off from Black Magick at Image to do Wonder Woman; and so on and on and on.
The company warring faggotry is just something that neckbeards do to keep themselves amused.

I couldn't give a fuck what they do, if Marvel did a lenticular cover, I'd still consider that one issue's sales.
console war threads should be deleted on site

>DC drops prices on Dark Nights
They got the final sales of The Forge and compared them to the bleeding from All-Star and Kingbats and saw the writing on the wall, senpai.

This board would die.
>>93708622
>I'd still consider that one issue's sales.
You might, but Diamond wouldn't ( unless it was the same cover price like a normal variant ) because they list both dollar AND unit sales.
>>93708725
I understand how sales work. The comic's still the exact same thing, so Diamond's figures can present both unit and dollar sales for the regular and variant cover and it's totally fine to lump the unit sales together if you ask me.
>>93708725
>Diamond too stupid to simply weight the orders by price
sad!
>>93708790
From a purely argumentative standpoint that is, obviously it makes no sense at an economic level.
>>93707568
