What did you think of Infinite Crisis when you first read it?

O think it's worth a read just for Superbly Prime lossing his shit, everything else is mostly a convoluted mess. That whole fight with SBP is awesome though, better that Superman x Doomsday I think.

Loved it, 10/10 event. It was fun, shit was constantly happening and things felt like they had consequences and they carried those out in the issues after Infinite Crisis.

This was the first DC comic and event I read. I loved it. The art was amazing. And even though I didn't understand that much because there were so many unknown characters to me, it a was a pleasant reading. I still read it from time to time. It's great.

Tbh it's really hard to judge that event on its own, just those seven issues, you had to read all the preludes and even some of the tie-ins to fully appreciate it
If you read the build-up, you'll understand why the characters acted the way they did, some really bad shit happened that soured their relations, and they were further manipulated by Alex Luthor and SBP

In moderation? Nothing. Sometimes some edge is actually engrossing and ups the narrative stakes. But you can only see so many 90s Z-listers get murdered before the edge just becomes a blur of death and blood.
