Like, I WISHED a superhero film would have the heroes fight something like that. That thing looks like a Secret Final Boss Tier character. Something that would beat the Hulk in a fight. But instead every villain must look so basic.

I'm still disappointed they didn't figure to simply give him the mask by making it an early prototype or bootleg of the one Natasha used at the end of Winter Soldier.
For one he had access to the SHIELD files because of her so he could have been implied to acquire or replicate the technology from that, secondly it would have better tied together the repercussions of handing over that information to dangerous people like him as well as paint an irony of him using it to frame Bucky whereas Natasha was hoping to release the truth. Instead just have him use a rubber mask. Come now.

Hell, he could have at least shown him wearing it while he was outside of the secret base at the end of the film. Its cold as fuck outside; that's a logical reason to wear that mask.
