Most of the leg up he gets on people isn't anything to do with his physical skill but his ability to play people and do something completely outside of their expectations. I also don't think even Slade really even knows what he truly wants. Diogenes Neves is a really excellent artist, and looks a lot like Carlo Pagulayan - hopefully he's more consistent and faster than Pagulayan, though. This book deserves a star artist who stays with it.

I think Neves actually does a pretty solid match for Pagulayan, and he doesn't repeat panels as much as Pagulayan. Hopefully he's also much faster than Pagulayan, so we get actual arcs with one artist.

No they aren't similar in character, she is fucking nuts. But even when she was pretending to be normal she has different mannerisms, pattern of speech, etc just from being raised American. Powers are basically the same though.
