The guy has super-sensitivity powers which means literally everything hurts him. Normally he wears a suit to protect him, but obviously he's not wearing it there. On the other hand, his sensitivity also allows him to do pressure point mumbo-jumbo so he can kill people just by touching them in the right location.

Even if you know nothing about the character, you should be able to learn that much just by reading the words on the fucking pages.
