Man I remember seeing a greentext a while ago.
It was a Lapiven greentext where Lapis wanted to fuse with Steven so she could feel his happiness that she doesn't have.
She forces Steven to fuse with her against his will.
Now as a fusion Lapis is happy being so close to Steven and feeling his happiness.
But theirs a problem Steven wants to be with his friends. The fusion then decides to force fuse with the other gems and Stevens friends and family.
But now as an even bigger fusion it still isn't enouth each soul in the fusion has its own desires and people they want to be with so bigger the fusion gets the more people it wants to fuse with. Soon almost all of Earth has become one with the fusion.
And after that the fusion flies to Earth and fuses with all of homeworld.

Her first act of freedom was to nearly kill the entire planet in what she knew was a futile endeavor to get home.
Then she got home and didn't want to be there anymore anyways.
Then she came back to earth and torture raped someone completely unrelated to her original imprisonment for an extended period of time.
She literally makes the worst possible, shortsighted decisions in the entire show every time she has a choice to influence anything.
She is literally the worst gem in terms of character.
