Long story short, there was going to be an episode. Harlan Ellison wrote a script, there was talk of getting Clint Eastwood to play Two-Face, but it wasn't to be. DC released a comic book adaptation of Ellison's script a few years ago, and the last thing that Adam West worked on, bless his soul, was a sequel to Return of The Caped Crusaders adapting the story, co-starring William Shatner as Two-Face.

Telltale mixed with BTAS would be best. I'd give BTAS the best value but it was always weird to connect how he managed to get goons just because he put people in prison as a DA. Making him the despotic, ridiculously powerful mayor in Telltale was pretty damn clever.
