Why are so many shows now about duos of things that shouldn't walk around or talk? Usually with titles of X and Y, like Pickle and Peanut, the upcoming Apple and Onion, and Regular Show for general concept.

I didn't care much for the characters, they just felt annoying and played out to me, I don't think I've ever actively liked the hyperactive daredevil characters, or the neurotic over-protective safety dweebs especially when they aren't written with any clever twist or extra dimensions to their personalities. The show overall just didn't really stand out to me, it has some fun visuals but something about it feels chafingly safe and "modern" way that just bugs me with how forced it feels.

It just feels like it's a solid 5/10 show to me, I don't think I would willingly watch it.
