90s are better, then spongebob came out in 97, and the game completely changed.

It's a hard pick for me, I grew up watching shows from both. Objectively I would say 00's. It's a tough call but a couple shows like Avatar and Teen Titans break it for me.

Both have great shows but I prefer cels to digital, so 90s overall.

Also the noughties had more truly fucking garbage cartoons, so it's the worse decade in that regard too.
